πChristmas 2025 π
So after a record 16 days we have sold out of trees and closed the barn once again for this year.
Thank you to everyone who visited us, to choose their tree or buy local produce. As a small family farm we appreciate your support and loyalty.
We have met new people this year who visited us during our week of pumpkins and they have become new customers for trees as well, thank you all.

After care of your tree
We take delivery of all of the trees at once and they are all cut at the same time. If you choose and take your tree home late November, early December, it is a good idea to keep your tree outside for as long as possible in order to help it retain its freshness.
Caring for your tree - its possible that we have already cut the base of your tree (all part of the service) but if not we advise that you to cut about 1cm off the bottom of your tree and water it as soon as possible and as often as needed in order to retain its freshness once inside - please also try not to place the tree near any heat sources.
Please email us freeman.manselfarm@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Many thanks
Pete and Sarah Freeman
Background:
As December is often a quieter month for farming, as part of our diversification we started to sell Christmas trees. We have used the same supplier for the last 19 years. Having built a successful clientele from Histon and beyond who return each year for another fabulous Nordman βnon dropβ tree. We have also introduced other items of produce for sale, wreaths, potatoes from the Fens, eggs and local honey which is often from our hives in Oakington.
